The reception staff warmly welcomed us back for our third stay in just two weeks, making us feel like old friends. We appreciated the various amenities provided by the hotel, including the 24-hour front desk, room service, and airport shuttle service. the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring our bags were safely delivered to our room. Safety features such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and a first aid kit gave us peace of mind during our time at the hotel. Guests can also make use of the garden and karaoke facilities, adding a fun and social element to the overall experience. the hotel's proximity to San Blas Square and Itchimbia Park allowed us to explore the beauty of Quito easily.
